Our Heating System Protection Plans

Plan A -  Our “Comfort Plan”:
Cost - $169.95 per year or save 15% and buy 2 years for $290.00  For oil fired hot water heater coverage add an additional $75.00 per unit per year.

Plan A Plus – Our "Deluxe Plan”:
Cost - $269.95 per year or save 15% and buy 2 years for $460.00.  For oil fired hot water heater coverage add an additional $75.00 per unit per year.

Super “Peace of Mind Plan”:
Cost - $369.95 per year or save 15% and buy 2 years for $630.00.  For oil fired hot water heater coverage add an additional $75.00 per unit per year.

We offer a variety of Price Options including Price Cap, Fixed Price, Pre Buy, and also our newest option Pre Pay option. We also offer Budget plans which pays 6% interest on credit balances.

All options are subject to delivery of our future contracts on we-barrels #2 fuel oil from our suppliers at Providence-East Providence Port. If our supplier fail or are unable to supply our future wet-barrels #2 fuel oil, then Douglas Oil Company may without liability and without refunds temporarily suspend all options without notice. In edition if any government authority imposes any taxes or other charges, such taxes or charges will be added to price paid by buyer. “Force majeure” shall also be in effect.

CREDIT POLICY: Because of the restrictions our suppliers place upon us for payment, we are only able to extend credit for one (1) delivery, or 30 days whichever comes first. So please be advised that before any deliveries can be made, any prior balance for oil deliveries must be paid.
