Unlike most oil companies when you call Douglas Oil Co. during our open hours which are usually 7am - 4pm during the winter season which is
October – April and between May – September our office hours are 8am – 4pm then you can talk directly to one of the owners regarding any problem whether it be concerning an oil delivery or a service problem.

You can ask for Rocco, Barbara or Joe all of whom are more than happy to discuss any matter.
